Returns, swaps & warranty
First, a question that saves time: is this a fit problem or an order problem? Fit problems are often solved at home with the next size. Order problems go to the store where you bought, which handles every return, exchange and warranty claim under its own policy.
It’s about fit
The insert pinches or rubs
Usually one size too small or too large. Measure again before a session and try the neighbouring size — every kit has two of each.
The areola is pulled deep into the tunnel
The tunnel is too wide. Step down one insert size; if you already know your number, a single-size pack is the cheapest fix.
It does not sit in my shield
Our inserts are for 24mm shields. If yours is 27 or 28mm, they will not fit — return them through the store.
It’s about the order
Wrong item or colour arrived
Start a return or exchange in your order at the store within its return window.
The box was damaged or a part is missing
Report it through your order in the store; they will replace or refund it.
A part failed after a few weeks
Warranty claims go through the store as well. Keep your order details to hand.
A gentle note on hygiene: silicone inserts that have been used usually cannot be returned. Measure with the ruler and try the size you are fairly sure of first.
